Multiple Additions & Expansions: Gleeson partnered with Seaboard Foods for the design and construction of their facilities: Box Cooler Addition, Carcass Cooler Addition, Cut Floor Expansion, Engine Room Addition, Freezer Addition, Livestock Addition, and Snap Chill Addition.
A Phased Expansion: The build was executed in three phases.
Phase 1: Included the addition of six new carcass cooler bays (17,750 head) and a new engine room to operate the entire facility.
Phase 2: Included the construction of a new 4,380 pallet storage freezer, a new 960 pallet box storage cooler, and an expansion of the stockyards.
Phase 3: Included the construction of a new SNAP Chill which replaced existing carcass cooler bays in the facility.
